Standardbred Horses

I think that standardbred horses are the most unique breeds of all horses. Being able to keep the legs on one side to move together corresponding with the other side to maintain balance and reach speeds of up to 40mph is amazing. The type of breed itself is gentle. Their are horses in every type of breed that may cause problems, but so for I haven't had any problems with standardbreds. Once raising a young standardbred colt to a mature horse you will really have something to be proud of. standardbreds are usually race horses, but they may easily be converted into a everyday riding horse.
